Six replacements for the standard workshop prompts that had stopped earning their place.
Instead of ‘what makes you different’, we ask what a customer would lose if the company disappeared on Friday.
Instead of ‘who are your competitors’, we ask who they lost to last, and what that buyer said on the way out.
Instead of ‘what are your values’, we ask what behaviour gets someone quietly sidelined here. The answers are less flattering and considerably more useful.
